Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CRM Administrator in optimizing the CRM and how it is used across the business
- Performing basic updates, such as add/delete users, and adding basic custom fields
- Scoping and testing new CRM processes, managing user licenses, creating new fields and form layouts, proactively looking for bugs and user errors, fixing any issues that may come up
- Provide a “helpdesk” service and training for the CRM to internal users when needed
- Help develop process documentation and field maps
- Review and cleansing the data in the CRM and other data sources
- Work with business stakeholders to analyse their data requirements, assess availability of data, feasibility to meet the requirements and identify 'quick win' opportunities
- Responsible for creating and distributing reports to support pipeline management, customer engagement, forecasting, ROI, performance metrics etc
- Assist with data migration projects.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Ideally degree educated or equivalent
- At least a year’s experience with CRM systems e.g. Workbooks, MS Dynamics or Salesforce
- Good understanding of databases and experience working with large data sets
- Advanced Excel skills
- SQL skills would be an advantage
- Knowledge of other data management and data presentation tools will be an advantage e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Segment
- Analytical mindset
- Solid organisational skills.
