Responsibilities
- Manage junior staff on the Analytics Team
- Provide guidance, support, and regular feedback to direct reports to enhance their performance
- and professional development
- Work with Director of Analytics to establish growth plans for direct reports
- Partner with other analysts globally to advance capabilities, share knowledge, and sell more analytics
- work in other markets
- Serve as a mentor to junior analysts across all phases of project work – from proposal collaboration to
- final deliverables
- Expert on several key analytical techniques (choice modeling, advanced key drivers, segmentation,
- behavioral analytics, etc.)
- Provide strategic consulting on projects across a wide array of analytics techniques
- Able to translate complex information (methodologies/techniques, how to interpret outputs, etc.) to
- internal staff and clients, catering to the knowledge level of the audience
- Has established relationships with Account Strategists and is a sought-after partner on proposals –
- both in the US and globally
- Sell advanced quantitative/analytic work with a focus on building relationships with clients
- Understand business objectives and offer strategic solutions, balancing objectives and budget
- Highly experienced in presenting proposals/results to clients; able to think on the spot when
- questions arise, and can pivot recommendations based on feedback
- Involved in execution of advanced quantitative/analytics projects from start to finish, ensuring that
- analysis conducted answers business challenges and overall project goals
- Seen as a go-to for complex studies with unclear paths to objectives (analyzing unstructured client
- CRM data, complex simulator development, global segmentation, combining survey/3rd party data, etc.)
- Expert in data analysis software, including R, Python, SPSS, Lighthouse Studio, etc.
- Help lead the development and adoption of AI tools to advance analytics capabilities and offerings
