Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Salesforce Einstein tools and configurations with a strong background in Finance and Accounting. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies to drive impactful solutions in a day shift setting. No travel is required.

 - Leverage Einstein Discovery to uncover insights and drive data-driven decision-making processes.
 - Configure and manage SFDC TCRM to optimize customer relationship management strategies.
 - Integrate Service Cloud Einstein to streamline customer service operations and improve response times.
 - Implement Sales Cloud Einstein to boost sales performance through intelligent insights and automation.
 - Manage SFDC Data to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all Salesforce platforms.
 - Perform SFDC Configuration to customize Salesforce applications according to business needs.
 - Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align Salesforce solutions with domain-specific requirements.
 - Provide technical expertise in Salesforce tools to support cross-functional teams in achieving business objectives.
 - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all Salesforce implementations.
 - Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce applications to maintain optimal performance and user satisfaction.
