Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Salesforce Einstein tools and configurations with a strong background in Finance and Accounting. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies to drive impactful solutions in a day shift setting. No travel is required.


 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement solutions using Einstein Prediction Builder to enhance predictive analytics capabilities.
  • Utilize Einstein Next Best Action to create personalized recommendations that improve customer engagement.
  • Leverage Einstein Discovery to uncover insights and drive data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Configure and manage SFDC TCRM to optimize customer relationship management strategies.
  • Integrate Service Cloud Einstein to streamline customer service operations and improve response times.
  • Implement Sales Cloud Einstein to boost sales performance through intelligent insights and automation.
  • Manage SFDC Data to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all Salesforce platforms.
  • Perform SFDC Configuration to customize Salesforce applications according to business needs.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align Salesforce solutions with domain-specific requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise in Salesforce tools to support cross-functional teams in achieving business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all Salesforce implementations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce applications to maintain optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Document and maintain technical specifications and project documentation for future reference.


 

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Einstein Prediction Builder and its application in predictive analytics.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Einstein Next Best Action for creating tailored customer experiences.
  • Have hands-on experience with Einstein Discovery for data analysis and insight generation.
  • Show capability in configuring and managing SFDC TCRM for effective customer relationship management.
  • Exhibit knowledge in integrating Service Cloud Einstein to enhance customer service operations.
  • Be skilled in implementing Sales Cloud Einstein to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Have a solid understanding of SFDC Data management and configuration to ensure data quality.
  • Bring domain expertise in Finance and Accounting to tailor Salesforce solutions to industry needs.
  • Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce technologies and industry trends.
  • Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and collaborate effectively in a day shift environment.
