We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Office Receptionist to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome. Key Responsibilities


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate parties.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for office meetings.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of office records and files.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, such as fax machines and copiers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
