Role Overview

The Chief Operating Officer will be in charge of our day-to-day operations, steering the company towards achieving its strategic objectives (OKR). The ideal candidate will embody a hands-on leadership style, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Your primary focus will be to assemble and empower an exceptional executive team, optimize capital allocation for market share expansion, and maintain confidence among our stakeholders through transparent and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company's operations;
• Implement and oversee a robust system for tracking and evaluating progress against key results. Use data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement;
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing executive team;
• Oversee capital allocation and financial management with a strategic approach to fuel growth and market expansion;
• Enhance the company’s public image to attract customers and partners by representing the company at major industry events, conferences, and public meetings;
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies, ensuring open lines of communication and trust;
• Navigate the company through the evolving landscapes of blockchain and fintech industries, ensuring adaptability and competitiveness;
• Ensure that resources are efficiently allocated or sources to support the achievement of OKRs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in senior management roles, with a proven track record in strategic planning, operational management, and implementing performance management systems like OKRs;
• Prior working experience in developing fintech, crypto trading products;
• Hands-on leadership style with a track record of effectively leading and scaling a dynamic team;
• Holds a Bachelor's and preferably a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, supplemented by relevant certifications;
• Extensive knowledge of the blockchain industry, digital asset management, and financial technologies;
• Skilled at breaking down complex problems into smaller, more manageable pieces, and passionate about using data to make work processes more efficient;
• Strong financial acumen and experience in capital allocation for growth and expansion;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
• Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
