We're seeking a Data Analyst who is passionate about uncovering insights, solving business challenges, and helping leaders make smarter decisions through data.
In this role, you’ll partner with leaders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Acquisition, and Call Center Operations to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and deliver insights that influence business strategy, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus opportunities

What You'll Do:

Deliver data-driven insights that help improve growth, profitability, operational performance, and customer acquisition.

Analyze performance across marketing, sales, lead generation, and call center operations to identify opportunities and business risks.

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools that support decision-making across the organization.

Evaluate customer acquisition and sales funnel performance, including lead flow, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

Conduct root-cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations that drive measurable business results.

Partner with leaders across multiple departments to solve business challenges and support strategic initiatives.

Improve data quality, reporting processes, and analytics capabilities through automation and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field

2+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources in a data analysis, business analysis, sales analytics, call center analytics, financial analysis, or similar analytical role

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience building reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms

Experience analyzing business performance data and communicating findings through reports, dashboards, or presentations
Preferred Qualifications

Experience using SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools

Experience analyzing marketing, sales, customer acquisition, lead generation, or call center performance metrics

Experience working with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar systems
