Mitchell Rogers Injury Law (MRI) is a fast-growing personal injury law firm looking for a Director of Operations to help us execute our vision, lead our team, and take our firm to the next level.

This is more than an office manager role.

This is a leadership position for someone who can run the day-to-day operations of the firm, manage and develop our team, and bring structure, accountability, and momentum to everything we do.

You will work directly with the partners to implement strategy, improve systems, and ensure that our firm is operating at a high level across the board.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Team Leadership & Management

  • Manage, support, and hold team members accountable across all roles
  • Lead training and onboarding for new hires
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture
  • Identify gaps in performance and proactively solve them

Operations & Systems

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the firm
  • Create, refine, and enforce systems and processes
  • Ensure consistency, efficiency, and accountability across workflows
  • Keep everything organized, on track, and moving forward

Financial Oversight

  • Work with QuickBooks and internal reporting to monitor firm performance
  • Track key metrics and help identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial organization

Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate with marketing vendors and internal initiatives
  • Help ensure leads are handled properly and efficiently
  • Track performance and help improve conversion processes

Technology & Tools

  • Work within and help optimize our tech stack (Filevine, Slack, RingCentral, QuickBooks)
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and ensure the team is using systems correctly
  • Help implement new tools and processes as we grow

Requirements

  • We are looking for someone who is:
    • A proven leader with experience managing a team (previous management experience required)
    • Highly organized and obsessed with creating structure and order
    • Proactive and self-driven – you don’t wait to be told what to do
    • Accountable for results and comfortable holding others accountable
    • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and manage systems
    • A strong communicator who can work with both leadership and staff
    • Calm under pressure and able to solve problems quickly
