Compensation: $120K - $150K
Our client is the development firm responsible for building and operating the full technology stack for one of the largest and most high-volume memecoin launchpads in the decentralized finance space. Operating at the cutting edge of crypto scale, the organization maintains a fast-paced, high-intensity environment where expectations are rigorous, and impact is immediate.
This role reports directly to the General Counsel and is responsible for supporting corporate and intellectual property legal functions. The successful candidate will manage the organization of corporate documentation for a multinational structure, process agency filings, conduct due diligence, and assist with the administration of contracts, litigation tracking, and commercial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Governance: Manage an internal filing system to track corporate filings, intra-company agreements, and governance resolutions across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- Contract Administration: Maintain a comprehensive form database and manage the lifecycle of standard agreements, including employment and contractor agreements, NDAs, licenses, and promotional contracts.
- IP Management: Assist with the active management and protection of the organization's intellectual property portfolio.
- Diligence & Compliance: Organize and prepare diligence materials for banking partners, regulators, and third-party service providers.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee the management of invoices from outside counsel and legal service providers.
- Litigation Support: Coordinate with external litigation counsel to ensure accurate deadline and matter tracking.
- Cross-Functional Support: Assist with M&A, regulatory matters, and other corporate legal duties as required by the General Counsel.

Requirements
- Education: A four-year degree and completion of a paralegal program, or demonstration of equivalent specialized knowledge and skill.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal or in an equivalent legal support position; experience within a multi-national corporate structure is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced internet research skills and mastery of business applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel) as well as modern task management systems such as Notion and Slack.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of corporate law concepts, documentation procedures, and multi-jurisdictional filings.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex tasks independently with high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Communication: Professional writing and communication skills suitable for high-level internal and external stakeholder interaction.
- Adaptability: A desire to learn new processes and technologies within the evolving cryptocurrency and fintech landscape.
