YOUR OBJECTIVE
You process wholesale and on-line product returns using the established Returns Policy guidelines.
YOUR JOB
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- You precisely receive and process authorized Life is Good returns in an organized and efficient manner
- You work independently, communicating and interacting with other departments to complete the returns process
- You manage time effectively
- You communicate any discrepancies and out of ordinary issues to the Distribution Manager
- You assist in other areas as needed
- You follow all safety procedures
Requirements
Your Experience and Qualifications:
- You have functional knowledge of SAP, Sales Force Commerce Cloud (specifically the FC Module, CS Module and Administration Module) and warehousing processes and systems
- You demonstrate organizational skills
- You have accurate data entry abilities
- You can follow through on assignments
