What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate care and companionship throughout the day
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
• Run errands or provide transportation when needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors
• Follow personalized care plans with empathy and professionalism

Who We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, patient, and compassionate caregivers
• Observant and attentive to clients’ needs
• Able to work independently while following care plans
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.

• Active California Home Care Aide registration required.

• Recent TB test results or chest X-ray documentation.

• Legal right to work in the U.S. (valid ID and Social Security number).

This is a per diem position. Work hours are not guaranteed, as scheduling depends on client availability, needs, and preferences. Shifts will be assigned based on the best match between the caregiver and the client’s schedule.
