Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of customers' heating and cooling needs.
- Provide detailed recommendations for HVAC solutions and system upgrades.
- Prepare and present accurate proposals and quotes to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and technologies.
- Collaborate with technicians and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; background in HVAC or relevant sales experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
