Registered Nurse-Per Diem- Tele or PCU chez Pro Med Healthcare Services

Description

• Start Date: ASAP (Bundle scheduling) 3 week to 4 week schedule
• Shift Time: 6:45pm-7:15am
• Hourly pay: $45-$47
• Requirements: 1+yrs TELE or PCU expierence
• Daily Pay Option

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Telemetry or PCU setting.
• Monitor and assess patients' health status and vital signs frequently and systematically.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, implementing appropriate interventions.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a Tele or PCU setting.
• Strong knowledge of applicable nursing principles, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and team members.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure environments.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
