What We’re Looking For:

• Prior moving/packing experience (leadership experience a plus!).
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and keep moving all day.
• Reliable and ready to take charge.

What You’ll Do:

• Pack items with care and precision.
• Lead and train entry-level crew members.
• Communicate with customers and ensure a smooth move.
• Pack and secure items in vehicles to prevent damage during transit.

• Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records of items moved.
• Assist in the assembly and disassembly of furniture when necessary.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mover or in a similar role within the moving and storage industry.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and assist fellow crew members.
