    • Responsabilities 🧑‍💻

  • Provide technical support to internal users and assist with new equipment setup.
  • Resolve support tickets and incidents, escalating when needed.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot PC and notebook issues; coordinate repairs or replacements when required.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers when necessary.
  • Create and maintain basic internal documentation for support procedures
  • .Assist the Infrastructure team with operational tasks as needed.
  • Keep IT inventory updated and support basic logistics coordination.
  • Follow and help enforce IT security policies and best practices.
  • Support or collaborate on simple automation of repetitive tasks.

    • 💻Required Skills

  • Graduates of Technical Support, Infrastructure, or related degree programs.
  • +1 year of experience providing technical support.
  • Experience and knowledge in notebook setup and troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing and administering Operating Systems: Windows Server and Linux.
  • Familiarity with VOIP tools or telephony platformsTechnical .
  • English (reading and basic communication).
  • Based in CABA/AMBA, with occasional availability to go to Muttdata offices.
  • Awareness of IT security best practices.

  • Basic knowledge of Python.
  • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, MariaDB, etc.).
  • Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools or systems.
  • Interest or basic knowledge in process automation.
  • Experience administering Office 365 suite.
