Your role and responsibilities

The Sales lead will focus on winning new large enterprise clients by selling complex, transformation-focused solutions in Procurement and Supply Chain functions, leveraging expertise in AI/Agentic and automation to solve strategic business challenges and drive spend reduction. Identify pain points, build C-level relationships, craft value propositions around cost savings/efficiency/growth, and manage the full sales cycle for multi-million dollar deals across sectors.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

10+ years of BPO sales or business development experience across Procurement

Ability to develop and execute strategies to target and acquire new BPO clients

Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Pay (S2P), category management, and supplier lifecycle management.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, negotiating contracts and terms.

High level familiarity with ERP and Procurement workflows (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, ORO etc).

Preferred technical and professional experience

MBA in Finance or supply chain

Certifications: CPSM, CIPS, PMP, or Six Sigma/Lean certification.

Industry Expertise: Experience in specific industries (e.g., CPG, Hi-tech or discreet manufacturing or Life sciences)
