Job Summary:

The Data and Reporting Analyst is responsible for building and maintaining tools and dashboards to support the Panelmatic SIOP process for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Master Production Scheduling, and Scenario Building.

This role coordinates with various departments including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales, Finance, and Operations.

 

Job Duties:

  • Works with Demand Planner to build a monthly demand plan tool using data extracts from Salesforce Opportunities and open backlog from Syteline as well as Budget and Strategic Plan.
  • Works with Demand Planner to create KPI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or web-based program to report on Forecast Performance metrics.
  • Supports SIOP Director, Demand Planner, and Supply Planner to build scenario tools to review upside and risk to the monthly forecast for sales and operations.
  • Builds automation tools to translate the demand plan to the supply plan using factory allocations, and existing schedule data to create a monthly operations plan for determining labor requirements and capital investment
  • Builds automation tools to simulate and create factory schedules
  • Builds KPI dashboards for supply

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 3+ years in data analysis
  • Power BI, SQL
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to extra data from ERP/MRP/CRM systems to build tools.

·         Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required

·         Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more required

·         Ability to stoop and bend required

·         Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four-plus hours at a time required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, production planning, and scheduling
  • Working knowledge of Python or equivalent
  • Experience with Syteline ERP

Requirements

3+ years of data analysis and tool automation

Experience in building PowerBI dashboards

Ability to extract data from ERP/MRP/CRM

Ability to communicate effectively

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
