Python Product Engineer

The Role
They're looking for a Python Product Engineer who bridges the gap between user needs and technical implementation. You'll build product features that directly impact users, working closely with founders, designers, and the engineering team while receiving mentorship from experienced leaders.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship product features in Python from concept to production
- Work directly with founders to shape product direction
- Collaborate with designers to create excellent user experiences
- Own features end-to-end including architecture, development, and deployment
- Gather user feedback and iterate quickly based on insights
- Balance speed of delivery with code quality and maintainability
What They're Looking For
Essential:
- Strong Python programming skills with production experience
- Experience building user-facing products or features
- Understanding of web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar)
- Product mindset with focus on user impact
Nice to Have:
- Experience in early-stage startups
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and applications
- Background working closely with product or design teams
- Understanding of analytics and user metrics
