Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions to SMBs.

Experience in working with C-level executives, and in influencing buying decisions.
Preferred qualifications:

Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, AI solutions, security solutions, or other collaboration suites.

Experience in technical or sales engineering, computer science or information systems.

Understanding of the technology and cloud computing market, and of Google Cloud products (Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform).

Ability to self prospect, build customer lists and drive a strong outbound program for pipeline generation.

Ability to build influential relationships and work with channel partners, to deliver results in a cross-functional/matrixed environment.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, work with cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary customer contact for all adoption-related activities.

Work towards assigned strategic goals while prioritizing an effective customer experience to customers and prospects, these goals include the ability to cross-sell AI solutions and products that compliment Google Workspace and drive meaningful customer outcomes.

Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.

Work with the customer engineers and trusted Google Cloud partners as a key member of the sales team to maximize business results and develop opportunities with small and medium businesses.

Drive long term planning and initiatives in collaboration with peers and cross-functional teams to influence customer acquisition, growth and experience.
