In this role, you will work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

• Übernahme der führenden Rolle bei der Architektur und Implementierung von KI-Lösungen

• Führung des Entwicklerteams im gesamten Prozess von der Requirements Analyse bis hin zu Integration und Testing

• Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit dem Kunden und internen Partnern

• Architektur von Lösungen über mehrere Plattformen und mit verschiedenen Softwarekomponenten

• Anwendung deiner tiefgehenden Expertise u.a. im Bereich System Engineering, Cloud‑Architekturen, Performancearchitektur uvm.

• Ziel ist die vollständige Abdeckung des Informationspfads - von der Quelle bis zur Wissensbasis und von Input bis zur Verarbeitung in KI‑Lösungen

Required technical and professional expertise

• Nachgewiesene Expertise als Solution Architect in GenAI‑Projekten mit entsprechenden Kenntnissen in Cognitive Computing, Künstlicher Intelligenz, Machine Learning, DevSecOps und AIOps

• Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Bewertung und Entwicklung von IT‑Architekturen, die KI‑Lösungen bzw. ‑Komponenten beinhalten - basierend auf Industriestandards, generativer KI, Large Language Models sowie cloudbasierten Tools und Infrastrukturen

• Tiefgehendes Wissen in KI‑Inference, Fine‑Tuning, Prompt‑Tuning, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) und AI Governance

• Praxiserfahrung mit Python zur Entwicklung und Bereitstellung von KI‑/ML‑Modellen sowie mit KI‑/ML‑Frameworks (z. B. PyTorch)

• Ausgeprägte Beratungs‑ und Kundenkompetenz, um KI‑gestützte Transformationsstrategien mitzugestalten

• Erfahrung in der Führung technischer Projektteams

• Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1‑Niveau)

• Ggf. Bereitschaft zur Durchführung einer Sicherheitsüberprüfung

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Idealerweise Kundenerfahrung im Public- bzw. Defense-Sektor
