  • Stay current on data engineering developments and bring best practices into constrained technical and policy environments
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of industry experience in data engineering, with proficiency in building data pipelines, designing data models, and making sense of complex data landscapes (using e.g. Python, SQL, Databricks, Oracle, Azure)
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-documented code using version control systems like GitHub for collaborative development and code management

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (data scientists, service designers, product managers) to deliver data solutions that support user experiences and service delivery improvements
  • Skilled in managing multiple high-profile projects in agile environments, navigating ambiguity, and adapting to changing requirements
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders through written and verbal presentations
  • Ability to proactively share ideas, ask questions, elevate risks, and serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical team members
  • VA experience preferred
