You Are:
The SAP Solution Architect designs SAP architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces. They will analyze business needs to design and implement SAP solutions and lead developments. They will also have a deep knowledge of SAP platforms, integration tools, and best practices to evaluate and recommend the right technology solutions.
The Work:
- Responsibilities include:
- Identifying, assessing, and presenting options for meeting the functional and technical requirements including hardware and software updates or upgrades
- Participation in a full lifecycle SAP implementation
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design and implement effective SAP solutions that align with company goals
- Oversee the SAP planning and development to deployment, and provide technical guidance to teams
- Work with business stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements and communicate ideas
Here’s What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of industry experience
- Experience with the integration of both SAP and non-SAP applications
- Knowledge of cloud based architectures, including SAP's RISE
- 7 + years SAP ECC architect experience
- Relevant SAP solution architect certification
- Experience leading a program, project or team
- Experience in leading large scale delivery, transformation or deployments

- 15+ years of industry experience
- Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
- Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action
- Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent people management and relationship development skills
- In-depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
