Our vision is a Software as a Service to help digitalize the healthcare industry fast. We developed AlfaDocs, the first 100% all-in-one cloud platform for Patient Relationship & Practice Management.

Location: Dachauer Strasse 17, 80335 Munich

Modality of Work: On-Site

Working Hours: Approx. 8 hours per week

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Minijob (Part-Time, Limited Hours)

Driver's License Required

Responsibilities of the role:

  • General office organization and administration
  • Support with correspondence in German and English (e.g., emails, phone calls)
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports
  • Handling mail and filing tasks
  • Organizing meetings and events
  • Communication with external service providers and partners
  • Other administrative tasks as needed
  • Courier trips by car

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license (Class B) and have reliable mobility.
  • Strong written and spoken skills in both German and English.
  • Organized, independent, and work with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in office work and are familiar with common office software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Flexible and capable of working independently.
  • Quick learning ability and enjoy being part of an engaged team.
