Sunrise Acceptance, an affiliate of the Easy Auto Group, is seeking an energetic Account Representative for our Finance company in Cleveland, TN. Account Representatives provide our customers an outstanding customer experience while helping them with their accounts. Our Account Representatives are primarily responsible for managing our customer portfolios, which includes: answering inbound phone calls; taking payments; and placing outbound phone calls to customers to set up mutually agreeable payment arrangements.

Our Account Representatives receive extensive and on-going training to help them provide the utmost in customer service, with the expectation of having a thorough understanding of our processes in order to be promoted to an Account Manager once a portfolio becomes available to them. They work in a team setting at our beautiful Sunrise Acceptance Main Office, though there is the option to potentially work from home after one year.

Requirements

In this customer service role, a professional demeanor, ethical work standards, and excellent communication skills are essential. We are looking for a competitive, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and wants to increase their earning potential.

Additional requirements:

• Experience in collections or finance is helpful, but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English Speaking (preferred, but not required)
• Work ethic and integrity are a must, along with a strong customer service background and a great attitude.
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to doing the right things and serving customers.
• Candidates must be capable of computing basic math calculations and must possess good computer skills.
• A willingness to learn and promote a team environment.
• The ability to work a five-day workweek.
