About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and curious student to join our Digital Solutions team at Johnson & Johnson. This placement is ideal for someone currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field, who is passionate about digital innovation in healthcare and eager to gain hands-on experience in a global organization that values diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and deployment of digital health solutions using low-code and no-code platforms.

  • Assist in building and maintaining applications, workflows, and automation tools that improve experiences for patients and healthcare professionals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with healthcare standards.

  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of digital solutions.

  • Learn and apply best practices in digital solution design within a regulated medical environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in secondary or higher education in Computer Science or a similar discipline.

  • Strong proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, BPMN, etc.).

  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, Java, or similar languages).

  • Understanding of content management systems for web-based tools (e.g., Contentstack).

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

  • Previous experience in a workplace setting related to Computer Science.

  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies or digital project workflows.
