You will participate in the transformation of an important part of the operations within an affiliate where the Industrial and medical acitivities are being merged after years of separation.
Work together with senior Industrial managers and their teams in a dynamic environment will be an enriching experience if you are attracted by the supply chain and Industrial installations activities.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
You will work in the secondary operations central team in Iberia (Spain & Portugal), dedicated to the supply chain of packaged gases and new projects and maintenance of customer installations for industrial and medical activities.
The merge of the industrial and medical activities in one single team started in April 2025 and the team is into a transformation of the operations to simplify process and find new efficienciesl. Some of your missions will be:
* Support the implementation of the new ERP supply module Track and Trace for the tracking of cylinders in our supply chain: user training, implementation of new dashboards and processes
* Support the drivers and fleet follow-up in logistic activities (fatigue devices for road safety, fleet design etc)
* Support for the assesment & implementation of our international industrial safety standards (IMS)
* Simplificatoin and homogenistaion of operationation procedures (process, flows and documentation) wht the merge of the activities

Engineer degree or master
Soft and Hard Skills
Soft Skills:
- team work fan
- relationship with different stakeholders (from operators to plant managers, from quality teams to safety teams)
- interest in supply chain, ERP and flow organisation
- problem solving and results oriented
Hard skills:
- technical basic knowledge in thermodynamics and industrial risks
- data treatment in Excel (or equivalent)
- SAP, ADR (nice to have)
- project management (nice to have)
Must have:
- English
- Spanish
Nice to have:
- Portuguese
