Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide project management frameworks and methodologies.
- Align project portfolios with organizational strategy and business objectives.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on project performance data.
Project Oversight & Governance:
- Monitor and report on project KPIs including scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards and best practices.
- Facilitate risk management and issue resolution across projects.
Team Enablement & Collaboration:
- Mentor and support project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and engagement.
Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement improvements in project delivery processes.
- Standardize documentation, reporting, and resource allocation practices.
- Lead post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Expertise in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
