Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Align project portfolios with organizational strategy and business objectives.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on project performance data.

Project Oversight & Governance:

• Monitor and report on project KPIs including scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with project governance standards and best practices.
• Facilitate risk management and issue resolution across projects.

Team Enablement & Collaboration:

• Mentor and support project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and engagement.

Process Optimization:

• Identify and implement improvements in project delivery processes.
• Standardize documentation, reporting, and resource allocation practices.
• Lead post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
