Collaborative Work Environment:

In a standard work week, associates may work up to one remote “flex day” (with leader approval). About the Job:

Job Summary

The Associate Compensation Analyst supports the Compensation team in the administration, analysis, and maintenance of the organization’s compensation programs and tools. This role is responsible for performing day-to-day compensation activities, analyzing market data to price jobs, maintaining data accuracy, and providing guidance to HR partners and business leaders on compensation-related inquiries.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation Administration: Supports the daily operations of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and annual merit and bonus processing.
  • Job Analysis and Evaluation:  Conduct job analyses and evaluations to ensure roles are accurately defined and aligned with internal and external benchmarks.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation data within HR systems and assist with compensation and benchmarking survey submissions.
  • Business Support: Respond to compensation-related questions from HR partners and leaders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Compensation, HR analytics or related field.
  • General knowledge of compensation principes, market pricing and job evaluations preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communications skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience with HRIS and Compensation systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, PayFactors, etc.) preferred.

  • This role requires collaboration, teamwork, and face-to-face interaction with colleagues, leaders, and/or clients.
  • Being in the office ensures access to leaders, cross-functional partners, and resources necessary to make timely decisions and drive results.
