Our platform analyzes complex financial data in real time to increase decision cadence, prevent costly mistakes, and surface value. The Role
You’ll be one of Sapien’s first GTM hires. You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product—owning the top of the funnel, sharpening our narrative, and getting Sapien in front of the right CFOs, controllers, and finance leaders.
This is a high-velocity, high-ownership role. You’ll help build & refine the GTM motion from scratch, learning the product deeply, experimenting with new channels, and driving clarity across a fast-moving team.
What you'll do
Become an expert on Sapien’s product and the modern CFO tech stack.
Manage inbound demand, qualify leads, and ensure smooth handoffs across the team.
Design and run targeted outbound campaigns tailored to finance executives.
Partner with marketing on messaging, content, events, and campaigns.
Maintain CRM hygiene and build simple dashboards to surface funnel insights.
Support live deals through research, messaging, call preparation, and follow-ups.
Provide structured feedback to product and leadership based on market conversations.
What we're looking for
0–3 years of experience in GTM, sales, consulting, finance, or similar analytical roles.
Strong written and verbal communication; you can write crisp outbound and speak confidently with senior stakeholders.
Process-oriented and detail-focused; you keep systems clean and organized.
Curiosity about AI and finance; you want to understand how CFO organizations operate.
High agency and a bias toward action in ambiguous environments.
