How to Apply
Key Responsibilities
- Complete accountability of all assigned tickets to meet all SLAs and achieve 100% client satisfaction
- Troubleshoot incidents and problem tickets to identify the root cause of the issues quickly and develop a resolution while following all change management procedures
- Requirement gathering for Data pipeline integration (ELT) development
- Requirement gathering for Data mapping (business logic)
- Develop, review and test code (SQL, Python, BI tool like Tableau and PowerBI)
- Ensure all tickets are in the proper status at all times
- Maintain an active communication with the internal Arkatechture team and client
- Monitor Tableau or Power BI Refreshes for success and triage and respond to any failures proactively
- Proactively ensure that for clients, all batch cycle (ETL) process run successfully and respond to any failures proactively
- Work closely with the team to identify process improvements within the service delivery team
- Escalate risks and issues on time
- Report work status to team leaders and participate actively in daily standups
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
- Expert in Python and SQL
- Strong experience working in any one Database such as Snowflake, Databricks, SQLServer, Oracle etc
- Experience working with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Experience in Data Warehousing and BI projects
- Experience with AWS
- Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Enthusiastic, learner and driven with a positive attitude
- A strong written and verbal communicator with experience interacting with internal teams and clients
- A desire to completely understand the product and become a subject matter expert as it is necessary in order to properly support the platform
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
- A strong understanding of Agile software development life cycle and methodologies
- Proven success driving projects by asking questions, understanding business requirements and translating them into tangible development tasks
- Experience working on a service delivery position
- Experience working with financial institutions such as Credit unions, Banks
