Purpose of the role:
As a member of the TP, you will be working to support live providers in Local Services Ads by Google.
You will become a digital expert on requirements and support, providing expert support and guidance to live providers, becoming a trusted advisor on digital advertising strategies and contributing significantly to their business success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead verification operations, ensuring rigorous validation of licenses, insurance, and business credentials.
- Provide expert-level support and manage complex escalations with precision and professionalism.
- Ensure strict content compliance through proactive monitoring and resolution.
- Analyze provider performance, drive strategic improvements, and contribute to retention initiatives.
- Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions and full compliance.
- Serve as a regional authority on verification standards and onboarding protocols.
- Take initiative in dynamic, cross-functional tasks and contribute to operational excellence.
Requirements
- C2 level of German and English.
- Extensive experience in customer service and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields.
- 2+ years experience in legal compliance, trust & safety, or verification, with deep knowledge of local legislation.
- Familiarity with home services industries (e.g., plumbing, electrical).
