 Purpose of the role:

As a member of the TP, you will be working to support live providers in  Local Services Ads by Google.

You will become a digital expert on requirements and support, providing expert support and guidance to live providers, becoming a trusted advisor on digital advertising strategies and contributing significantly to their business success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead verification operations, ensuring rigorous validation of licenses, insurance, and business credentials.
  • Provide expert-level support and manage complex escalations with precision and professionalism.
  • Ensure strict content compliance through proactive monitoring and resolution.
  • Analyze provider performance, drive strategic improvements, and contribute to retention initiatives.
  • Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions and full compliance.
  • Serve as a regional authority on verification standards and onboarding protocols.
  • Take initiative in dynamic, cross-functional tasks and contribute to operational excellence.

Requirements

    • C2 level of German and English.
    • Extensive experience in customer service and stakeholder engagement.
    • Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
    • Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results under pressure.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields.
    •  2+ years experience in legal compliance, trust & safety, or verification, with deep knowledge of local legislation.
    • Familiarity with home services industries (e.g., plumbing, electrical).
