Homeoffice Seasonal Collections Assistant chez Outworx Group

Seasonal Collections Assistant Position Summary: 

Reporting to the Collections Manager, the Seasonal Collections Assistant is responsible for the collection of past-due invoices for Tovar Snow Professionals, part of the Outworx Group family of companis.

Seasonal Collections Assistant Position Responsibilities:

•    Maintain a list of customers that you will be assigned to your workload 

•    Confirm Customer Contact Information including contact name, number, address, and payment terms are consistent in various systems

•    Contact customers when invoices become past-due and enter updated notes on account

•    Alternate communication between email and phone call

•    Update master spreadsheet with status of overdue invoices and next steps to resolution

•    Reach out to internal teams for assistance, when necessary

•    Meet with Collections Manager and provide updates of high-risk customers and strategies for collections

•    Attend regular meetings with Operations Team to discuss challenging customers

•    Assist Cash App with questions on the application of payments, when requested

•    Assist customer with questions re: VersaPay system

Other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission and abide by our organizational values

Position Qualifications:

•    High School Diploma/Associate Degree preferred

•    Customer Service skills needed

•    Previous B2B collection experience preferred

•    Strong organizational, detail, and communication skills

•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel

•    Customer-focused individual, team player with can-do attitude

Hours:

•    Remote Position

•    Hourly Position

•    Part-Time Hours – between 25-40 hours per week, depending on workload
