About the Role

Best Buy Ads is building a world-class retail media network that connects brands with millions of tech-savvy customers through data-driven campaigns. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to lead how we position and communicate our advertising solutions to clients.


This leader will focus on sales enablement materials that bring our ad products to life for clients. They’ll work closely with the Product team to maintain strong product knowledge and translate capabilities into clear, compelling marketing tools for Sales—including product decks, one-pagers, and tailored narratives.

This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain product marketing materials such as decks, one-pagers, and FAQs that clearly communicate the value of Best Buy Ads’ offerings.
  • Serve as a primary marketing partner to the Sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and messaging needed to drive client conversations.
  • Stay closely connected to the Product team to understand new capabilities and translate them into client-facing narratives.
  • As needed, serve as the product expert in and on sales meetings and calls
  • Provide marketplace intelligence (i.e. client feedback) to Product team to ensure Best Buy Ads continues to develop best-in-class solutions
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring high-quality output and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop a small team of marketers, fostering a culture of clarity, creativity, and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a retail media network or publisher.
  • 3+ years of experience translating complex product offerings into clear, client-ready materials.
  • 3+ years of experience with storytelling and copywriting skills and developing decks and written content for Sales enablement.
  • 3+ years of experience project management experience with demonstrated success navigating cross-functional collaboration.
  • 2+ year of experience leading and developing talent..
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree a plus
