Your Tasks

  • Ensure an efficient end to end planning process for Supply Chain to ensure optimal service level and financials, low inventories and minimum waste within the region.
  • Facilitates downstream alignment with the MU’s served, liaising with logistics for planning and pooling via import bundling 
  • Acts as interface with Logistics on matters of planning & pooling of shipments (e.g. timing of shipments, minor fluctuations in inventory, local rebalancing) 
  • Ensure appropriate safety stock levels and efficient left-over management
  • Responsible for launch / relaunch process and control of related articles
  • Responsible for Out-of-Stock projection
  • Responsible for planning imported goods from other regions outside Americas and ensuring replenishment to all receiving locations within Americas (multistep replenishment) 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics or Engineering or other related disciplines
  • 1-2 yrs of experience within Planning or Planning related areas is an advantage
  • Strong passion to be part of our newly created Regional Planning Center of Excellence
  • High analytical skills and results driven
  • Strong team spirit
  • Strong relationship-builder and communicator who effectively connects with key stakeholders
  • SAP R/3, SAP APO, CRP, OMP, Office 365
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in English & Spanish
