Job Description:- RESPONISIBILITIES
- General
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company Code of Ethics
- Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems & implementation of Quality System.
- Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with accepted service delivery standards.
- Maintain quality, efficiency and confidentiality of service.
- Liaise with and assist Administrator.
- Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the SGS management system.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct line manager.
- Administration (any of the following as assigned and trained
- Liaison with customers via telephone or email.
- Ensure all messages are conveyed to relevant people.
- Assist with sample registration.
- Maintain hard copy Sample Register
- Sample handling and distribution of results (any of the following as assigned and trained
- Ensure prompt and efficient handling of documents, invoices and other instructions as trained and per applicable procedure.
- Attend to operational matters related to new and repetitive instructions received from customers/operations manager.
- Typing of documents including but is not limited to reports, e-mails, orders and requisitions.
- Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the SGS management system.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct line manager.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration
- Language: Proficiency in English (Read, write, speak)
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook
Be a South African citizen (be able to produce a valid South African ID document)
-Be between the ages of 18-33
-Must be currently unemployed
-Must have no criminal record
-Must be willing to relocate to Woodmead
- Exceptional Computer Literacy (use of MS Office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- An affinity for data analysis
- Strong research skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in completing tasks.
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Self-motivated and high level of initiative.
