We are looking for a talented Engine Dismantler to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Rebuild/MRC Department in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Strong Operational Discipline
You'll need to follow procedures precisely—whether you're disassembling engines, handling acid/wash tasks, or supporting cross-functional operations. Attention to detail and consistency are crucial. - Commitment to Safety & Equipment Mastery
Using the correct PPE, mastering lifting techniques, and becoming proficient with PIV operations (rigging, slinging, etc.) will keep you and your team safe while ensuring smooth workflow. Training will support you here, but your mindset matters most. - Team Collaboration & Communication
Success hinges on working closely with supervisors and technical teams—whether you're packing components for inspection or coordinating production tasks. Clear communication and a proactive attitude will set you apart. - Ownership of Workspace & Process Flow
Applying 5S housekeeping principles and maintaining a clean, organized environment will boost efficiency and reflect your professionalism. Supporting core engine sourcing and repacking shows your versatility and reliability.
Qualifications
Education/ Experience:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
