As our Specialist, Process & Master Data , you’ll play a key role in to support our Customer Service and Fulfillment team in the LAM region. In this role, you will ensure that all Process projects and Master Data improvements needs are met, contributing to an excellent customer experience

What You’ll Be Doing
- Active participation in Global or local projects for Customer Services & Fulfillment (related to Process or/and Master Data)
- ERP support for tickets administration/ Mass changes support (Qualifier User)
- Lead Time Adjustments approval process support
- Material Master Extension tasks
- Contact point for the MDM – Global master data team
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 year of experience in Master Data Management or similiar, Supply Chain Process, Procurement Planning Process.
- Expereince in Global projects of improvements.
- Knowledge in SAP or similar systems
- Knowledge in CRM system
- Conversational English
