We are looking for a Logistics Lead who is proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative to join our Clinical Manufacturing Supply & Logistics team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.

About the role

You will lead logistics operations across multiple facilities, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will manage teams, optimize processes, and contribute to strategic projects that support global clinical manufacturing.

Who you will work with

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including warehouse operations, supply chain, and quality assurance. You will also partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure seamless logistics flows.

What you will do

  • You will lead and coach the logistics workforce across three facilities.
  • You will manage warehouse operations, material flows, and cold chain processes.
  • You will optimize logistics workflows and interfaces with internal and external partners.
  • You will monitor KPIs, stock levels, and delivery timelines to ensure operational excellence.
  • You will ensure compliance with Biologics, Gene Therapy, and pharma regulations.
  • You will contribute to projects such as SAP4HANA implementation and warehouse revamping.

Interested?

For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in biopharmaceutical logistics leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP MM/WM and ERP systems.
  • Expertise in KPI tracking and logistics reporting.
  • Solid understanding of quality systems and documentation flows.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills in a matrix organization.
  • Fluent in French and English.
