• Project Dates: ASAP start until mid-January 2026 with possibility for extension
• Roster: 10hour days on a 2:1 roster
• Rates: $46.17 per hour + 25% casual loading, penalties & allowances

The Opportunity
Downer’s Energy & Utilities team is currently seeking casual Mechanical Fitters for a project in Greenbushes, WA. These roles are Bus-In/Bus-Out from Perth, with transportation provided. The role will involve assembling and installing mechanical equipment such as hoists, bearings, shafts, and pipework; performing preventive maintenance and repairs on rotating machinery; and conducting alignment, testing, and commissioning of new installations.

About You

• Trade Certificate
• WA Drivers Licence
• Construction Induction / White Card
• Working at Heights within 2 years
• Confined Spaces, Gas Testing & Basic Fire Training – Desirable
