Job Description

You will be the Sustainment Campaign & Capture Portfolio Lead – AFRICOM/CENTCOM/INDOPACOM (including Israel). Our team is responsible for designing integrated sustainment solutions that link Lockheed Martin aircraft platforms across the region, educating international customers, and driving capture opportunities that transition into full scale program execution.

What You Will Be Doing:
As the Sustainment Campaign & Capture Portfolio Lead you will be responsible for:
• Developing regional sustainment infrastructure that delivers affordable, integrated support (PSI, upgrades, depot, turn key, O & I level maintenance, logistics analytics, CBM/Fleet Management, training, and BOA) while leveraging indigenous depots and industrial participation.
• Shaping and presenting sustainment offerings to senior customers, creating price to win baselines (technical, cost, schedule) for competitive or sole source RFPs, and ensuring alignment with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics platforms (F 16, F 35, C 130J).
• Analyzing target markets and crafting long range strategic plans, securing senior leadership concurrence, and positioning LM aircraft and services as the preferred solution for each country.
• Leading sustainment representation at airshows, tradeshows, and capture events, and managing New Business Fund (NBF) budgets to maximize resource efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams (business development, program management, export licensing, FMS/FMF) to navigate foreign military sales, export license, and funding processes.

These responsibilities enable the team to secure and sustain international contracts, strengthen customer relationships, and advance Lockheed Martin’s strategic presence across AFRICOM, CENTCOM, and INDOPACOM.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 10 years related experience.
• Sustainment and Logistics experience.
• Experience with aviation operations, supply and/or maintenance.
• Experience with Capture Management.
• Experience with aerospace industry and international market knowledge.
• International customer interface experience.
• Leadership experience.

Desired skills

• Demonstrated knowledge of acquisition processes, including budgeting and approval from process owners.
• Demonstrated knowledge of working Industrial Participation or Offset initiatives.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Aero lines of business, especially F-16, F-35, and C-130J.
• Demonstrated knowledge of foreign military sales (FMS), foreign military funding (FMF) and US Export License processes.
• Past experience with AFRICOM/CENTCOM/INDOPACOM customer set.
• Past experience is foreign military sales.
• Supervisor/Leader experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Requires a high competency in negotiation and diplomacy skills.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strategic Thinker that can operationalize sustainment solutions.
• Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $180,000 - $287,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
