As a Business Development Support Specialist, you will support the operational, inside sales, and customer engagement efforts of the Westinghouse Parts Business, helping to ensure seamless execution of internal processes, meetings, and customer interactions. You will work closely with the Strategic Growth & Inside Sales teams to coordinate logistics for customer visits, manage internal workflows, and contribute to market research and reporting. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to commercial operations within a global leader in the nuclear energy industry, while developing foundational skills in business support, customer service, and strategic planning.
You will report to the Strategic Growth and Marketing Manager and be located at our New Stanton, PA facility. This position is eligible for a mobile working arrangement and is expected on site 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Help gather and organize data for market research, reporting, and strategic initiatives
Support the creation and distribution of sales performance reports, customer feedback summaries, and campaign analytics to inform both marketing and sales strategies
Work closely with the Inside Sales team to align marketing initiatives with customer needs and sales opportunities, ensuring consistent messaging and execution
Help prepare customer-facing materials and coordinate follow-ups from marketing campaigns to support lead nurturing and sales pipeline development
Support the Inside Sales team with tasks such as quote tracking, order entry, and CRM updates to ensure accurate customer interactions
Learn and assist with basic functions in systems like SAP, Pega, and CRM platforms to support quote generation and order processing under guidance from senior team members
Contribute to the preparation of presentations, meeting booklets, and technical updates
Track and organize action items from team meetings and ensure follow-up
Maintain calendars, shared inboxes, and internal task tracking systems
Assist with internal ticket submissions and user access requests
Coordinate logistics for customer visits and internal meetings, including room reservations, catering, and security access
Support shipping logistics and inventory management for events and conferences
Ensure meeting spaces are clean, organized, and fully stocked for tours and presentations
Pursue strategic growth areas as identified by manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
0–2 years of experience in business support, customer service, or operations
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $64,800.00 to $81,000.00 per year.

Opportunity Overview:
6-month contract opportunity for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer in Sandusky, Ohio.
This position reports to the Design Engineer Manager and will be onsite. Per diem is avaiable.
Your Day-to-Day:
Must be qualified in the Standard Design Process (IP-ENG-001) and have experience in technically reviewing engineering change packages.
Electrical engineering background.
Be familiar with Security Computer Systems
Prior nuclear site experience.
Must demonstrate within a collaborative team environment to ensure successful project completion and implementation aligned with customer specifications.
You need experience working with field installation groups and supporting installation crews (during the installation and cutover process of the system, especially for multiplexer (MUX) cutovers).
Vistra Site Qualifications qualified to Vistra's Safeguard program for processing Safeguards Information (SGI) (10CFR73.21)
You will be qualified to Vistra's 10 CFR Part 50 Appendix B Quality Assurance Program for completing the Owner's Acceptance Review (OAR) process (under NOP-CC-2003)
Process design change packages, cyber security documentation, drawings, vendor manuals, and calculations.
Will be badged as a contractor for site access.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical design engineering
5+ years of experience
Knowledge of nuclear site's Safeguard program for processing Safeguards Information (SGI) (10CFR73.21)
Knowledge of nuclear site's 10 CFR Part 50 Appendix B Quality Assurance Program
