A day in the life:
As a Freight Coordinator at Monster Energy, you'll supercharge our logistics team by mastering the art of documentation and reporting. You'll be the driving force behind coordinating shipments and ensuring every piece of paperwork is as dynamic as our energy drinks. Get ready to fuel your career with excitement and precision!
The impact you’ll make:
- Operate fork-lift equipment or other warehouse machinery
- Efficiently offload daily scheduled inbounds. Ensure the correct material number and type of product is offloaded. Inspect and notate any damages.
- Process receipt of goods accurately before shift end. Send inbound reports to multiple internal departments. Provide reports and checklist to multiple internal departments.
- Breakdown and restack merchandise from pallets when needed, organize and consolidate POS equipment for put aways.
- Conduct physical inventory counts on POS freight. Isolate damage items and report to shift supervisor any inventory discrepancies.
- Stage orders according to carrier location and verify: number of pallets, pieces picked as well as stage location
- Maintains a clean working environment in accordance with company safety policies
Who you are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field of study.
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in warehouse distribution, coordination of freight deliveries
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in customer service, communicating with suppliers Computer Skills Desired: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Intermediate use of SAP
- Preferred Certifications: Forklift Certification

This position has an annual estimated salary of $19.00 -$ 25.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
