About this opportunity:
We’re hiring a Talent Marketing Content Coordinator for Ericsson’s Global Talent Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE). This hands-on, creative role focuses on storytelling, content creation, and social media to showcase life and careers at Ericsson. You’ll work with the Global Content Specialist and Regional Talent Marketing Specialists to bring our global content strategy to life and support projects that reach 180+ countries.
What you will do:
- Create and curate content (video, blogs, social posts, paid campaigns, events, presentations, newsletters) that highlights our people, culture, and impact.
- Produce and edit video (including light animation and branded elements like lower thirds and intro/outro screens) for internal and external use.
- Identify and support employee storytellers for global and local campaigns; guide them through the content creation process.
- Build landing pages for external events and talent programs aligned with global and regional guidelines.
- Prepare enablement materials (toolkits, how-to guides, demos) and ensure content aligns with Ericsson’s employer brand and visual identity.
- Coordinate the ambassador kit program (inventory, logistics, tracking, shipping).
- Manage external employer platforms (e.g., Built In, Glassdoor, LinkedIn Life) and support updates to the Ericsson careers site, SharePoint, Glean, and intranet pages.
- Lead benchmarking and research; assist monthly/quarterly reporting and maintain organized content libraries.
- Stay current on digital storytelling and social trends; receive coaching and upskilling from Talent Marketing leaders.
You will bring:
- At least 1+ years relevant experience (including internships or personal content creation).
- Intermediate video skills (Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar); motion design is a plus.
- Strong storytelling instincts and ability to connect diverse voices.
- Interest in talent marketing/employer branding; proactive, curious, and collaborative.
- Fluency in English, written and verbal.
Location: Stockholm or Reading(UK)
