Manager, HR Business Partner

Position Summary
The Corporate Human Resource Manager will act as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to serving as a business partner for all CFP sites with a focus on Recruitment/Staffing, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Turnover/Retention, Succession Planning and Training & Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with the HR Executive Leadership Team (HRELT) to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Talent Management:
- Lead succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Partner with HR & Plant managers to identify high-potential employees and implement retention strategies.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Drive engagement programs and culture-building initiatives.
- Drive D&I initiatives throughout CFP.
- Performance & Development:
- Support performance management processes and coach leaders on feedback and development.
- Identify training needs and recommend learning solutions.
- Data & Analytics:
- Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact of HR programs.
- Prepare reports and present findings to leadership teams.
- Compliance & Policy:
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies.
- Partner with HR leadership to update policies and procedures as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required.
- At least 5 years of human resources experience required; at least 3 years of recruiting experience required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR or HR related field.
- SHRM SCP and/or HRCI SPHR
