Manager, HR Business Partner

Position Summary

The Corporate Human Resource Manager will act as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to serving as a business partner for all CFP sites with a focus on Recruitment/Staffing, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Turnover/Retention, Succession Planning and Training & Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership:
    • Collaborate with the HR Executive Leadership Team (HRELT) to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Provide insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Talent Management:
    • Lead succession planning and career development initiatives.
    • Partner with HR & Plant managers to identify high-potential employees and implement retention strategies.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Drive engagement programs and culture-building initiatives.
    • Drive D&I initiatives throughout CFP.
  • Performance & Development:
    • Support performance management processes and coach leaders on feedback and development.
    • Identify training needs and recommend learning solutions.
  • Data & Analytics:
    • Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact of HR programs.
    • Prepare reports and present findings to leadership teams.
  • Compliance & Policy:
    • Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies.
    • Partner with HR leadership to update policies and procedures as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required.
  • At least 5 years of human resources experience required; at least 3 years of recruiting experience required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in HR or HR related field.
  • SHRM SCP and/or HRCI SPHR
