COMPENSATION RANGE: $100,000 - $110,000

Organizational Structure - Reporting Relationships
- Direct Supervisor: VP, Operations + Transformation

Supervisory Responsibilities
- The entire applications team will report to this role - 2 direct reports.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage daily Systems Operations (Applications and Interfaces), achieving a high level of reliability in our systems.
- Project Manage all new Applications in North America, including but not limited to requirements gathering, planning, design, UAT, and post-Go Live support.
- Coordinate with Group IT on new initiatives, changes, and improvements on existing applications.
- Liaise with Global IT team in Paris.
- Engage with Stores and the Business Teams (Marketing, Retail, Accounting, Ecommerce…) when changes or enhancements are provided.
- Work closely with the IT Director to champion continuous improvement initiatives within the existing and future landscape (ERP, POS, Ecommerce, Reporting tools).
- Communicate effectively with all the stakeholders about project requirements, status and risks.
- Provide L2 and L3 support to users on existing and future applications.
- Build a strong Applications Team, by attracting, coaching, and retaining top talent
Principal Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Required
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- College degree with a focus on Applications Management/Development
- Advanced knowledge of SQL. DOS commands, and VTOM (scheduling)
- Advance understanding of automation and data analysis tools (Python)
- 2-3 years’ experience in retail/supply chain applications (ERP – POS - WMS). Storeland / Open Bravo / Sales Force / Manhattan / Tableau are highly desirable.
- 2-3 years’ experience in integrations among multiple systems and/or EDI standards is a plus.
- Strong Project Management and Documentation skills.
- Advance knowledge of Office 365 ecosystem
- Detailed oriented and strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks across multiple departments and locations.
- Reliable self-starter and solution driven with the ability to work independently.
- French language skills would be a big-plus
- Hybrid work schedule - 3 days required onsite in NYC Corporate HQ
