Description of the role:

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Shop Operator to join our team at Closet Factory in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating woodworking machinery and equipment to produce high-quality custom cabinetry.

Responsibilities:

• Operating woodworking machinery such as saws, routers, and edgebanders
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings
• Measuring and cutting materials to precise specifications
• Ensuring quality control and meeting production deadlines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in woodworking or cabinetry
• Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately
• Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Benefits:

Compensation: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
