What You'll Do:
- Own and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with ELT direction.
- Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineering.
- Manage product delivery through backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release coordination.
- Collaborate with engineering to clarify requirements, remove blockers, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to gather feedback and support go-to-market efforts.
- Support Sales through product messaging, training, and demonstrations to strengthen customer engagement.
- Participate in product testing and validation to confirm functionality and performance.
- Track product performance and customer feedback to guide continuous improvement and future enhancements.
- Communicate product updates, priorities, and release plans to maintain organizational alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis within a software or SaaS company
- Proven ability to define requirements, manage roadmaps, and drive execution across cross-functional teams
- Experience working directly with engineering teams using Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize input from multiple stakeholders
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort translating complex business needs into actionable engineering tasks
- Experience with tools such as Jira, SharePoint, and similar product management or collaboration platforms
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results on schedule in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Self-starter with attention to detail and a focus on execution and accountability
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
- Experience with Esri ArcGIS or utility business systems (Maximo, SAP, CIS, ADMS, OMS).
- Familiarity with data integration, iPaaS, API management, or workflow automation.
- Understanding of cloud or hybrid deployment models.
- Base Salary: $110,000 – $145,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
